A&T Systems, Inc. is a Master Contractor under the State of Maryland Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services (HW) statewide contract vehicle, enabling Maryland agencies to procure information technology hardware, associated equipment, and related services in a timely and economical manner.

Through this statewide Master Contract, Maryland agencies have a flexible means of obtaining IT hardware, associated equipment, installation and training services, manufacturer warranty services, and related support to meet agency-specific technology requirements.

A&T Systems, Inc. is qualified under five Hardware Master Contract Functional Areas, providing State agencies access to a broad range of hardware products and supporting services.

A&T Qualified Hardware Functional Areas

Functional Area I – Servers and Associated Peripherals	Servers and associated peripherals, including storage units and related equipment. Laptops, desktops, ruggedized computers, and monitors are excluded from this Functional Area.
Functional Area II – Printers and Associated Peripherals	Single-function and multifunction printers, print drivers, associated peripherals, and related manufacturer-installed hardware and operating software. Printer cartridges are excluded.
Functional Area III – Network Communications Equipment	Network communications equipment including routers, gateways, switches, bridges, repeaters, firewalls, appliances, intrusion detection systems, load-balancing devices, network performance equipment, and related technologies.
Functional Area IV – Installation and Training Services	Installation, configuration, integration, and training services associated with hardware purchased under applicable Hardware Master Contract Functional Areas.
Functional Area V – Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty	Manufacturer-authorized extended warranty and support services including technical support, upgrades, enhancements, problem resolution, remote support, and related warranty services.
