A&T Systems has established joint ventures (JV) to legalize business arrangements in which two or more parties agree to pool their resources for the purpose of accomplishing a specific task. Our purpose is to bid and win new opportunities under various large GWAC/IDIQ contracts.
Each of the participants in a JV is responsible for profits, losses, and costs associated with it. However, the venture is its own entity, separate from the participants’ other business interests.
