A&T Systems is a prime contract holder under the U.S. Army’s Information Management Communications Services IV (IMCS IV) IDIQ contract supporting the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).

IMCS IV provides a vehicle for telecommunications, information technology, network operations, infrastructure, and related support services across Army enterprise environments. A&T’s capabilities under the contract encompass operations and maintenance, modernization, technology refresh, network management, and communications infrastructure support.

Operations, Maintenance & Modernization

These activities support Army modernization initiatives, technology refresh, network enhancements, emerging technologies, organizational changes, and evolving mission requirements.

Enterprise-Scale Support

IMCS IV supports requirements across 103 NETCOM installations, providing a contract framework for consistent telecommunications, IT, network-management, infrastructure, and operational services across geographically distributed Army environments.

A&T combines telecommunications expertise, IT operations, program management, field-service coordination, and lifecycle management to support these large, distributed environments.
