MHBE Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Contract
A&T Systems, Inc. has supported the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) AWS cloud environment since 2021, providing Amazon Web Services products, cloud infrastructure, account management, billing support, and related cloud services for MHBE technology initiatives.
In 2026, MHBE awarded A&T Systems, Inc. the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Renewal contract under Solicitation BPM052896. The current contract provides a three-year base period from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2029, followed by two one-year option periods extending performance through April 30, 2031.
The current contract has a not-to-exceed amount of $10,618,272.00 and continues A&T’s support of MHBE’s AWS cloud environment, including cloud infrastructure, centralized account management, billing, security, cost management, and related AWS services.

Supporting MHBE’s Cloud Environment
A&T’s AWS support enables MHBE to centrally manage cloud configurations and billing across multiple AWS accounts while providing cloud infrastructure for development, integration, User Acceptance Testing, training, staging, production, and other technology environments.
The 2026 AWS Renewal continues the cloud relationship established between MHBE and A&T in 2021 and provides MHBE continued access to AWS technologies, cloud infrastructure, security capabilities, centralized management, cost optimization, and related support services through April 30, 2031.
