A&T Systems has joined Vencedor Technologies, a joint venture of small businesses that has been awarded the Army ITES-3S contract. Solutions By Design II, LLC (Owning and Managing Member) is responsible for the project management office (PMO) activities pertaining to the Army ITES-3S Program for the JV.

It provides comprehensive IT services for federal agencies and specializes in the management, development and sustainment of IT systems and solutions, including mission-centric system development and sustainment, Infrastructure & Cloud, Cyber Security, and IT Operations Support.
