Under this contract, A&T Systems, Inc supports the operation and maintenance (O&M) for Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) communication systems at U.S. Army Installations, throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Our support includes Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) such as Switchboard Console Operations; Inside Plant; Customer Services (Telephone); Outside Plant (Cable); and Information Technology Services (ITS) such as LAN Administration and System Maintenance, Help Desk Assistance, software installation, hardware and software troubleshooting, and web master support; Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support; Defense Message Switching (DMS) operations; Technical Control Facility (TCF) operations and maintenance; Configuration Management using Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) engineering support; Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Network Management, and Control System (Master Controller) Management. This contract was awarded as a 10 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with 93 potential DOIM sites. A&T Systems has been awarded IMCS II Tasks at: Pueblo Army Depot, Colorado; Tooele Army Depot, Utah; Umatilla Army Depot, Oregon; West Point, New York
