A&T Systems Wins Approval to Provide Amazon Web Services Cloud Computing under GSA Schedule 70
A&T Systems GSA Schedule 70 allows all federal and public sector agencies to procure cloud computing.
A&T Systems, Inc. (A&T) is pleased to announce that Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company (NASDAQ:AMZN) awarded A&T a GSA Letter of Supply that makes AWS Cloud Computing available to the public sector utilizing A&T’s GSA Schedule GS 35F-4003D effective October 17, 2013.
The AWS cloud is uniquely positioned to provide scalable cost-efficient solutions for public sector customers to find ways cloud services can be employed to meet mandates, reduce costs, drive efficiencies, and increase innovation. AWS, through A&T Systems, provides cloud services in a pay-as-you-go model, delivering access to technology resources that are managed by experts.
A&T Systems has been providing these services to the public sector for the last year with customers such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Institutes of Health and the State of Maryland. “With the AWS products and services now on our GSA Schedule, more agencies have the ability to procure cloud computing while receiving small business procurement credit from an agile and responsive government reseller and experienced AWS Advanced Consulting partner,” said Dr. Ashok Thareja, CEO of A&T Systems, Inc., and “with this contract GSA has made it much easier for other agencies to take advantage of the benefits of this well established Cloud solution.”
