A&T Systems Joint Venture Receives Award for GSA 8(a) STARS III : Silver Spring, MD — August 1, 2021 — TechSTARS JV, an SBA approved Joint Venture between TechLiberty LLC and A&T Systems, Inc. received award for GSA STARS III contract.
GSA’s 8(a) STARS III GWAC is now designated as a Best-in-Class contract vehicle by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
8(a) STARS III is a small business set-aside GWAC that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.
The 8(a) STARS III GWAC ordering period is a five year base with one three year option. This ordering period began on July 2, 2021.
A&T Systems Awarded Air Force Blanket Ordering Agreement for Cloud Service: Silver Spring, MD — October 31, 2019 — A&T Systems was awarded by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) a Blanket Ordering Agreement. A&T’s contract allows Air Force to purchase cloud solutions from any of the major cloud solutions providers that include: Akamai, AWS, Google, IBM, IT-CNP, Microsoft, MIS Sciences, Oracle, and Dell.
A&T Systems Awarded Army Information Management Communication Services III (IMCS III) Contract at Fort Bragg: Silver Spring, MD — February 5, 2019 — A&T Systems, an Army IMCS III prime contractor, received an award to provide telecommunications, IT, and information services for Fort Bragg at Fayetteville, NC. This 3-year award began on January 28, 2019.
A&T Systems adds Participating Addenda with three states under the NASPO ValuePoint cloud contract: Silver Spring, MD – July 20, 2018 – A&T is already an awardee for the Master National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint cloud contract with the State of Utah, but recently it has added agreements with three more states—Mississippi, Missouri, and Virginia. The NASPO ValuePoint agreements provide leveraged buying power for states because the new contracts stipulate that A&T will provide cloud services for these states on the same terms as those with the State of Utah. A&T offers Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud products on its GSA Schedule 70 contract that includes 155,000 items.
A&T Systems wins NOAA contract to update satellite controller communications system: Silver Spring, MD – March 1, 2018 – A&T Systems has won a 5-year contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to replace the existing voice system at five sites and then maintain the system: Suitland, MD; Fairbanks, AK; Wallops Island, VA; Fairmont, WV; Greenbelt, MD. The Satellite Controller Communications System (SCCS) serve as the NOAA satellite operator telecommunications system for mission operations at each site’s Satellite Operations Control Center, allowing NOAA operators to communicate with other operators at NOAA and partner sites. The SCCS will also help NOAA operators record, store, and replay voice conversations so they can resolve mission anomalies.
