First, we’ll sit down with you to discuss your vision of how you would like to use the EMR system, how it can improve your practice’s efficiency and bottom line, and which options would be beneficial. We can even share success stories from previous installations and the lessons those other health care providers learned along the way on how best to utilize the EMR system.

Then we’ll conduct a free site survey/readiness assessment of your current computer environment to determine which machines are eCW compliant and which ones may require an inexpensive upgrade to become compliant. We’ll measure the bandwidth of your current ISP provider to determine which are the best option, using the .asp model. We’ll make hardware and installation recommendations, provide eCW-approved equipment, and install and implement your new computing and networking environment. During the 12-week eCW Project Plan, we’ll help make the upgrade painless by providing on-site engineering support to ensure your current system is not interrupted during the transition.
