Solutions By Design II, LLC (Owning and Managing Member) is responsible for the project management office (PMO) activities pertaining to the Army ITES-3S Program for the JV.

Contract Types:  Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) hybrid type, including: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement (CR), and Time and Materials (T&M)

Geographic Scope of Contract:  CONUS, OCONUS, and warzone areas

Ceiling: $12.1 Billion
