Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT): A&T Systems received an award of a 3 year – $247M Army-wide IDIQ Contract through which Army can issue task orders for all Army Commands and Organizations requiring Commercial Cloud Services.

Summary:  Provide cloud transition support and commercial cloud hosting services – The ACCENT scope includes services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy the requirement to migrate Army enterprise systems/applications to commercial cloud service providers and/or AEHFs. Commercial cloud services will be acquired based on approved Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) (i.e., those with a DoD Provisional Authorization). ACCENT will also enable capability owners to modernize and transition applications to CSP/CSOs and/or AEHFs, and facilitate the acquisition of modular or mobile hosting facilities.

  • Transition Support Services: End to end transition support services including application analysis, security requirements analysis, documentation, modernization (code refactoring and augmentation), virtualization, technical engineering, migration scheduling, business process re-engineering, data preparation, migration planning, interface transition planning, training on CSO environment, service transition planning, cutover planning, back out planning, and go-live support
  • Cloud Hosting Services: Cloud Hosting Services including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), in accordance with DoD Provisional Authorization Impact Levels 2 and 4
  • Cloud Hosting in Off-Premise/On-Premise Environments and Mobile Data Centers: Hosting cloud solutions on-premise, off-premise or in mobile data centers environments
